Welcome !

We want you to be informed about the rules of the house you have chosen in order to make your stay safe and comfortable. Please read these rules throughly. For any uncertainty or additional information, do not hesitate  to contact your host.

1. Your accommodation is available from 14,00 hrs on the day of arrival until 09,00 on departure day.The same day upon arrival you are obliged to give your personal identity documents to the host and pay the full amount of your apartment rent (less 30% of advance payament).
2. Upon your arrival, you sign the takeover of the apartment in neat and proper condition, provided with all facilities in accordance with its category. The apartment is thoroughly cleand by housekeeper at each shift of guests.Bedsheets are changed every 6 days ( and depending the number of the nights). Toweles are not provided, unless exceptionally or on the guest`s request.
3. Before departure, you call the host and return the apartment in the same condition as it was on arrival.
4. If the apartment is not clean when leaving, the guest has to pay the amount of 40 Euro. Electric vacuum cleaner and the other cleansing tools at your disposal are to be used for cleaning.
5. Upon arrival the guest gives deposite of 100 Euro as guarantee amount for eventual damage. If no damage has  been done, the deposit is returned back to the guest when leaving.
6. The guests must themselves take care about their things and valuable objects left in the apartment. The house holder has no responsability  for any loos.
7. When going out, you must shut the windows,the doors of the apartment and staircase. Make sure that all the electric instruments are turned off (including air condition) and gas and waterpipes are closed.
8. The apartment can be used only by the guests who are duly checked in and who paid the rent. Upon request, the guest can be allowed to have visitors in certain time.
9. Destroying furniture and equipment is forbridden, as well as killing mosquitos upon the walls and cellings. It is forbridden to cause a mess or disturbe other guests, especially to make noise from 22,00 to 07,00 hrs.
10. Bringing arms, explosive or flamable media into the apartment becouse of eventual fire.
11. Using equipment and facilities which do not belong to the apartment is possible only with permission of householder.
12. In the case of damage of installation ,furniture,instruments or equipment of the apartment, the guest must imediately inform the huseholder accordingly. If the damage is the guest`s fault, he is obliged to reimburse the appropriate value.
13. Animals are not allowed in the apartment unless exceptionally permitted by householder.
14. In an emergency (bad weather conditions,overflow etc.) the hoseholder can enter in the apartment in guest`s absence in order to prevet the damage, but the guest must be informed  accordingly as soon as he comes back.
15. In the case of violating house rules, the host can cancel further services to the guest.
16. Your remarks,suggestions or commendations can be given to the host who is at your disposal every day from 08,00 to 20,00 hrs.
