Arrival & Departure

The apartment is available from 14:00 on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, it must be vacated by 09:00 at the latest.

On arrival, guests are required to present valid identity documents and pay the full remaining balance (minus any deposit already paid, which is 30% of the total).

Upon arrival you take over the apartment in clean and good condition. You are required to return it in the same condition upon departure.

Security deposit — €100
A refundable security deposit of €100 is collected on arrival as a guarantee against any damages. It is returned in full before departure, provided everything is in order.

Cleaning & Linen

A thorough deep clean is performed between every guest. Cleaning equipment (vacuum cleaner etc.) is available for guests to use during their stay.

Bed linen is changed every 6 days (depending on the length of stay). Towels are not included as standard, but may be provided on request.

If the apartment is not left in acceptable condition, a cleaning fee of €30 will be charged.

Air Conditioning & Appliances

Air conditioning may only be used when guests are inside the apartment and all windows and doors are closed. Leaving the AC running while the apartment is empty is strictly prohibited.

If the AC is left on while guests are away, a charge of €10 per day will be applied.

When leaving the apartment, please ensure: windows are closed, entrance door is locked, water and gas are turned off, and all electrical appliances (including AC) are switched off.

Use of appliances not included in the standard apartment inventory is only permitted with the host's prior approval.

Conduct & Respect

The apartment may only be used by the registered guest(s). Visitors may be permitted at certain times — please ask the host in advance.

It is forbidden to damage equipment or furniture, disturb other guests, or make excessive noise — especially between 22:00 and 08:00.

Bringing weapons, explosives or flammable materials into the apartment is strictly prohibited. Smoking inside the apartment is forbidden due to fire risk.

Pets are not permitted in the apartments.

Loud arguments, shouting or loud music are strictly prohibited, especially in the evening hours.

Damages & Liability

Guests are responsible for their own belongings and valuables left in the apartment. The host accepts no liability for loss or theft.

If any damage occurs to fittings, furniture or appliances, guests must notify the host immediately. If the damage is caused by the guest, they are obliged to cover the cost of repair or replacement.

In exceptional circumstances (bad weather, water leak, etc.) the host reserves the right to enter the apartment to prevent damage and will inform the guest at the earliest opportunity.

In the event of serious or repeated violations of these house rules, the host reserves the right to terminate the stay without refund.
We kindly ask you to respect these rules so that all guests may enjoy a peaceful and pleasant stay.
For any questions, suggestions or feedback, your hosts are available daily from 08:00 to 20:00.
